Refund policy

Returns
We offer a 30 day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Health and personal care items

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Please notify us within 7 days of items receipt damaged or defective items

 

Start you Return 
To start your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and return authorization number (#RMA). Please contact us at info@leadproinc.com to request return authorization number.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the return and send you an email to notify you that status of your refund.  
If refund is approved, the refund will be processed, less any applicable restocking fees and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment used for the purchase within 5 ~ 7 business days.

Restocking Fee
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee

Restocking fee can be waived (if applicable)
- Your order was incorrect
- Your product was delivered defective
- You exchange your product with another purchase. 


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@leadproinc.com and send your item to: LeadPro Inc. 2235 E. Locust Ct., Ontario, CA 91761, United States.

Shipping
To return your product, please mail your product to:

If you received your product damaged, defective or we made a mistake. We will cover the return shipping cost. If you wish to return product for any other reason, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
